Totally Football - General Terms & Conditions. The following relate to all elements of the promotion
1. The Promotion will run from 12th January 2010 to 5pm 9th July 2010 (the ‘Promotional Period’) except the prize draw for the WF Football Party which closes on 7.5.10. 2. The Promotion is open to all bona fide contractors only aged 18 or over (’Participants’), except employees of WF Electrical Limited, all sponsors and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. Promotion applicable to Great Britain only. NI Excluded. 3. All Participants must have their employer’s permission before entering this promotion. The promotion is not open to any Government department, Public Authority or Company whose trading terms expressly forbid such arrangements. 4. By participating in any element, all eligible Participants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude participants and withhold prizes and rewards for violating any of these terms and conditions. 5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Claims and Entries that are incomplete, illegible, lost or damaged. Proof of posting in the WF Post Boxes will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The right is reserved to refuse misredemptions and malredemptions. Damaged or illegal claims/entries will be void. 6. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede any or all of the elements of the promotion if circumstances make this unavoidable. 7. Receipt of a Reward may result in liability for income tax and/or National Insurance contribution and/or corporation tax and it is the responsibility of the recipient to declare this to HM Revenue & Customs. 8. There will be no cash alternative to the rewards/prizes on offer. 9. Please retain these terms and conditions for future reference. 10. This promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 11. Win £20 with the Right Result - Additional Terms & Conditions - You will need a mobile phone to play
1. 1 entry is permitted for spend over £150 (ex VAT) made in a single transaction during the promotional period 12th January 2010 to 9th July 2010. 2. Entries must be received up to midnight on the same day of the transaction with only 1 entry per sales invoice/advice note permitted and only 1 entry per day. 3. Texts will be charged at your standard network rate. In the event of an entrant’s mobile number changing or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, we are not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile number. 4. WF Electrical reserve the right to disqualify any entries or claims if they feel improper technical means to enter have been used. 5. There is no upper limit to the number of entries per mobile number provided the above terms are met. 6. Match results are generated randomly and you will receive forecasts for future matches only selected from any football game with 14 scores available from 0-0 to 5-5. 7. The match final result is the result at the final whistle at 90 minutes and does not include extra time or penalties. 8. If you are a winner you need to text from the same mobile number as you received the predicted text. 9. No responsibility can be taken for texts not received. Proof you sent a text is not proof we received one. No responsibility can be taken for mobile operator errors or non service. 10. All winners who text back will receive a bounce back text with a claim code and will need to visit a WF branch and complete a claim form within 14 days of receiving their winners text. 11. A copy of the sales invoice/advice note must be attached to validate the claim. 12. When claims are approved a voucher for £20 will be sent by post, please allow 30 days from date claim is received. 13. All text entries automatically agree to further promotional text messages from WF Electrical. You are given the option to unsubscribe by texting ‘STOP’ via the original text message received.
Win £201,000 with the Most Memorable Football Moments - Additional Terms & Conditions
1. The Promotion will run from 12th January 2010 to 5pm 9th July 2010 (the ‘Promotional Period’) subject to availability of promotional leaflets. There will be a maximum of 150,000 official entry forms available during the Promotional Period. Only 1 entry form can be handed out per branch visit. 2. There is no purchase requirement to enter. However all entries must be on the official entry form and must be posted in the post boxes at any WF Branch. Closing date for entries is 5pm on 9th July 2010. Multiple Entries from the same company are permitted. 3. There is a star prize pot of £201,000. This will be shared equally by all participants who match exactly the complete rankings of all 12 Memorable Football Moments. 4. In the event that no entries match the complete rankings of the 12 Memorable Football Moments then the £201,000 prize pot will not be awarded. 5. The winners will receive their monies in the form of a cheque made payable to the individual’s name on the entry form. 6. The complete rankings of all 12 Memorable Football Moments will be judged by 10 independent members of the public selected at random who will rank the moments based, in their opinion, of most memorable as 1 to least memorable as 12. The final complete rankings of all 12 Memorable Football Moments will be based on a merger of these results. 7. The results will be confirmed 11th August and the winners will be notified by email by 18th August 2010. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during this time by email. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to re share the prize pot amongst the final confirmed winners. 8. The judges’ decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. 9. By entering, the subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general location for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by the Promoter. 10. For details of the prize winners and the complete rankings of the 12 Memorable Football Moments please send a stamped addressed envelope to the Promotion address after 1st September 2010. All entries who provided an email address will receive an email with the winning rankings after 18th August 2010.
Claim FREE Football Shirts - Additional Terms & Conditions
1. The Promotion will run from 12th January 2010 to 5pm 9th July 2010 (the ‘Promotional Period’) subject to availability of Claim Cards. There will be a minimum of 20,000 official Claim Cards available during the Promotional Period, collectable at all WF branches only. 2. 1 stamp will be awarded by the WF Branch every time you spend over £150 (ex VAT) in a single transaction. Only 1 stamp can be issued per day. The stamp will be supplemented with the SOP code handwritten by the WF rep handling the sale. Spend must be made between 12th January 2010 and 9th July 2010. 3. £150 excludes VAT and any visible fee charged in accordance with the WEEE Directive shall not be included as part of the claim value. Products purchased under specially negotiated prices are ineligible. 4. A Shirt may be claimed when all 10 stamps on the Claim Card are completed. Claims can only be accepted on the official completed Claim Cards. Closing date for posting completed Claim Cards in the WF branch official Totally Football Post Boxes is 5pm Friday 9th July 2010. 5. When a completed Claim Card is received it will be subject to a final approvals procedure to ensure the trading account where applicable is compliant and where return of goods against a qualifying SOP code is found to invalidate the claim the participant will be informed. 6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Claim Cards that are incomplete, illegible, lost or damaged. Proof of posting in the WF Post Boxes will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 7. Please allow up to 30 days from when the claim is approved by WF Electrical for delivery of Shirt. Shirts available are official home or away shirt replicas of your chosen team during the 2009 - 2010 season. If for any reason we cannot supply you will be notified and given the option to wait for new stock or select an alternative.
Win WF Football Party Tickets - Prize Draw - Additional Terms & Conditions
1. Closing date for entries is via the WF Electrical in store post boxes 5pm 7th May 2010 – please note this is EARLIER than the final closing date of the Totally Football Promotion. 2. All valid claims for FREE Football Shirts and all valid entries received for the £201,000 Competition only will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw and only those posted instore by 7.5.10. 3. There are 25 pairs of tickets to be won to an exclusive Football Party hosted by WF Electrical at the Sports Café London on Friday 18th June 2010. 4. There will be a non stop buffet and unlimited drinks during the game as well as 1 hour before and after with the game screened live on giant screens. 5. The winners will be the first 25 entries drawn at random on 14th May 2010 and notified by email by 19th May 2010. 6. Winners are free to select a friend to bring. No transport or accommodation costs will be met. Invitations with further details will be sent 2 weeks prior to the date. 7. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to redistribute the prize by a further random selection process. 8.Names of the prize winners will be available upon request by writing to the Promotion address after 25.5.10. 9.
